I just came home from the Hultsfredsfestival when I heard the news.
J Mascis and the Fog has crashed their car when they traveled through Sweden after the show in Oslo, Norway.
But as luck is no one got serious hurt.

Hi Jeremiah.
Ive got sad breaking news!
J Mascis is wounded in an car accident with their bus!
It happened right outside Falkenberg/Sweden this day around pm 06.
The bassplayer & drummer looked ok, but J Mascis had problems with his spine!

Ive talked to the Halmstad police-office a little bit earlier & they said that J is in Halmstad hospital.

Oh my goodness!!! Please keep us updated Jeremiah. This is so crazy. Makes me think of the Hootpage and all those times Watt has been nervous in the van.

We need to put the power of positive thinking (or prayer or whatever your beliefs are) to the test here and get J through this!

I just really weird because I saw J Mascis and the Fog this saturday at the Hultsfredsfestival and it was really great and then when I came home and sleept over the night I friend called and said that the band had crashed thier van and that they were taken to Halmstadhospital in which I’m born and I have lived just outside Halmstad for almost my whole life.

The J Mascis concert at the Hultsfredsfestival was really great. The only thing that was bad was the small audience. I guess that if "J Mascis and the Fog" was named "Dinosaur jr" instead it would come almost the double.
