so some confussion has set in my brain after reading this "interview". the interview states "from 1984 – 1997 or whatever but i could swear the dinasour (the first album) was released in 1980 or 81. so my question is am i wrong or are they?

Hello

The first album was released in 1985
At least thats the date on the album sleeve
& when you read several Discographies of J Mascis , it all said 1985
So I think thats the right date
Correct me if I’m wrong

"You write more interesting things when you can’t play very well…" Hmmmm.
