Something’s bugging me. At the Carrboro show, What Else is New? was listed as Mike’s House on the set list. Anybody know why?

i have a set list from Columbus, Ohio (The Hand it over tour, 1997).

Mike’s House was actually "sludgefeast"…

This just confuses me now.

And if you look at Watt’s tour diary he said that Mike’s House is a song he didn’t know how to play well. So it is a song?!?!?

i think that he reherses at someone’s house named Mike, and when everyone does not know that title, he says "It the one we really jammed on at Mike’s House" and everyone else it like "oh, yeah…"

I am a retard though.

According to Mike Watt’s tour diary that he
just posted, What Else Is New is nicknamed
"Mike’s House" because the song was written
at Mike Johnson’s house. Mystery solved.

that must be it, because at a show in seattle, j said "this song (what else is new) was written in seattle."
