I heard of their name before a few times and I saw the video for piano fire. Then the other day I saw them play "it’s a wonderful life" on craig kilborn. I wasn’t sure if I liked it at first but a few days later I had it in my head. I bought the album and damn is it good. These guys could be on their way to being one of my favorite bands,

They have more than a few good videos at launch.com…you should definitely check them out.
I agree they are pretty pleasing, my fav disc by them is the first one vivadixie…etc etc. Same thing happened to me when I first heard them ie songs stuck in my head, had to buy everything I could get my hands on…fingers crossed you can find more. I saw them on Kilborn as well, great song but I was hoping for King of Nails. Mercury Rev was on awhile ago as well…sweet.Allison

Sparklehorse is one of my fav bands for sure.The first album is my fav album too,the other two are close seconds.
I first heard Sparklehorse on the radio in 95,it was Spirit Ditch,it was on a single that was diffrent then the album version.I did`nt buy the first album until Dec 97 because it was the first time I even saw it.Did`nt listen to it until Dec 98,it just sat with some other cd`s I have`nt listened to yet.The second album Good Morning Spider came out in July 99,bought it as soon as I saw it and listened to it immediately.
