      It was a pretty sucky list to say the least, they did have the ramones, stooges and husker du on there so that was cool.

        i just read the brand new Spin magazine where they name the top 50 bands of all time, it was good from 1 up i mean who can argue with the beatles and after that it was all downhill

        how can you leave out the doors, aerosmith, Tom Petty and the heartbreakers,

        and do rap groups count as bands

          the ramones deserved to be on there but not at #2 the ramones are in no way better than led zepplin or the rolling stones, or The Doors,

          and if they were going on influences how can Mettalica be higher than Black Sabbath, Mettalica even said there biggest influnce was Black Sabbath
