I’ve tried 2 different memory sticks, and I pulled out everything that wasn’t necessary for boot (motherboard, CPU, memory, video card.) Anyway, until I can get a replacement (about a week) my presence on Freakscene’s gonna be a bit sparce…

Yeppers, the athlons have more raw CPU power, but have you ever tried video encoding with an Athlon? The P4 advanced instructions are VERY helpful… you prolly don’t have a need for that sort of thing, but you’d still be a God if you can put those two together.
