Hey,

I don’t know if this is the right place for this subject, but I just post it.

About 5 weeks ago I bought a BOSS BR-8 Digital Recording Studio. After some disappointing recordings, I finally found the right way for me to record it. I wasn’t satisfied with the quality , until I noticed that there was always a lot of reverb on the microphone input: I was able to get rid of the reverb.
Another point: I didn’t like the quality of the mic-in with which I recorded the guitar. After looking in the manual I found out, that the guitar effect is always on, until you turn it off.
After I discovered these options, I’m pretty satisfied with it.

My question: are there any BOSS BR-8-users out there and if so, what are your experiences with it?

I’m looking forward to hear something!

Indeed this is the right place for this.

I’ve only had limited usage of the audio system you speak of but I found it decent. Overall, I don’t like the clarity of the recordings, although turning off the reverb was a great help.

Does anyone have any suggestions for similar but setter products?
