J is now listed on the bill at the Showbox website (http://www.showboxonline.com”>http://www.showboxonline.com). Tickets $15 from the venue or through http://www.ticketswest.com”>http://www.ticketswest.com. This was a great bill a couple of years ago at the Experience Music Project. Doug has been a huge J fan for years. Is J still on any panels at Tape Op (it is the weekend before this show?)

Doesn’t seem to be listed on the tape op website any more, may be doing a Cobra Verde show instead…

              Enjoy the show

Very brief review of one of the solo acoustic shows J did when he warmed up Built To Spill. Gotta love that I just don’t understand the reggae   Anyone care to add to the setlist, we know one song… 8)

rawkandorroll.com  (some cool pics of Canadian bands on the site as well  )

j mascis brought back memories of highschool last night when he opened for thee almighty built to spill. he played some dinosaur songs, including my personal all time fav just like heaven (yeah yeah, robert smith this, robert smith that).

built to spill followed, and i have to say were only "pretty good". i’m sorry… i just don’t understand the reggae.
