I’m going to see the Rollins Band tonight performing Black Flag songs. The tour is in support of some kids who were convicted of a crime 10 or 15 years ago. Anyway, it should be a badass show. Its at my favorite venue here in Atlanta. Sadly, I gotta work tomorrow so no booze for me.
Then in July we’re gonna hit up the Circle Jerks show.
I just know my poor feet are gonna get trampled. Hopefully nothing worse. I really enjoy the energy at punk shows, but I definitely don’t like being too close to the pit.
So my neck is pretty sore. I was in the center right up again the wall. I had Rollins’ stomach in my face for like 2 minutes as he leaned into the crowd. I had probably 15-20 people come sailing over my head only to be brought down by the staff people. The really shitty part was the fat ass behind me who kept putting his chubby fingers on my waist and fully thrusting his hips. EWWWWW. I kept elbowing him, the bastard.
