…….36 degrees Celsius (that’s 96.8 Fahrenheit) over here, and humming along to Vanilla Ice’s "Ice Ice Baby" , luckily with a very cold Rodenbach in hand…..

Well, last week and this week I have been trapped in Phoenix, AZ. I would like to thank my job, and the local phoenix salesman who put me in here.. It is now three years in a row I have been to Phoenix in the summer…

It cooled off today, I think it was 113F (45C)… Yesterday it was 115 – 117 (46 – 47 C)…. there is nothing like walking out of a restaurant at 8:30 PM and have it still be 104F.. Wonderful. It is supposed to be 93F (34 C) tonight as the overnight LOW, and this morning it was already 95 F and humid (but not as humid as the midwest)..

Of course, this part of the country is used to it, although I am not. I feel for you guys in Europe having to cope with this heat, and not having air conditioning as readily available as it is here.

hmm, might be a plan to take august off next year

I think I would die without air conditioning, I’m used to extreme cold, extreme heat is not for me. Went to a club last week that has no air conditioning, hot, humid, outside & inside ….it sucked in so many ways!!!

Feel for the Europeans as well, over a week of unbearable heat, fingers crossed it cools off soon
