      It takes place in Salamanca, Spain.

      The rumor is the artist was high most of the time and carved that when he was high.

                    No reason to feel stupid sophie, was a great story, and an excellent photo!
                    Whether the story is true or not isn’t always as important as if it’s great fun or not!
                    And come on, someone’s carved that spaceman into the cathedral. Whether it was a 100, 19 or 1000 years ago, it’s still a great thing to do.
                    So props to you for bringing it to our attention, love the picture :D

                        the girl who told me about it was definitely serious ad i thought it was true.
