      Alison Anders film Sugar Town is being shown on the Independent Film Channel September 27th @1145.

      Features some pretty pleasing music by a certain Mr J Mascis, along with tons of other great music. John Doe from X has a role in the film :mrgreen:

          question 1 : is there a soundtrack to sugar town that you can buy ?

          question 2 : are nerve’s theme 1 + 2 songs that j wrote especially for the movie ?

          question 3 : think allison anders will put this out on dvd/video ?

          i’ve never seen this movie, but my husband has + he said it was a great little movie :mrgreen:

            it’s out on video in North America, not sure about Europe. You can get a copy here for under a buck :shock:

            Even cheaper than a certain tall guy picked his up for :P

              wow … that’s just so great !!!! i was told it had been out on video over here, but it’s oop now … so a million, billion thanks for the link :D + what a bargain …

              you know how in british football (soccer) they have what they call the "man of the match" ? … well, if we had the equivalent around here, this most definitely makes you my "freakscener of the day" :wink: :aliensmile:

                  Rambleom: I hope it won’t be a black-white dissapointment… You know, the movies from the states aren’t necessarily compatible with the european vhs-players. :/

                    Was there ever a soundtrack released for this movie? I’ve never seen it anywhere but there are songs by J I don’t have.
