Yeah, the 1st Femmes Cover is pretty cool, and speaking of being related to something: Anybody here seen the cover for Gordon Gano’s 2002 (his first) soloalbum? Now, talking about "related"…it’s also pretty funny that on the first V.F. song on their first album he sings "I’m high as a kite" and that the soloalbum almost 20 years later is called "Hitting The Ground", huh?

I`ve been into ECM records since 1989;got into Jan Garbarek in 1990 and Rypdal in 91;there`s so much more stuff I have`nt heard yet.There`s also this Swiss guitarist named Christy Doran that did some cool stuff for ECM;he sounds more punk/indie influenced at times than jazz.ps-the Thulsa Doom album`s cool looking
oh, and of course Nils Petter Molvær. He has some great albums, solid ether, khmer.
