i’d like to search an entire directory and delete all occurances of the same file.
i have some old .htaccess files floating around and i’d like to kill them all at once.
      starting in /home/
      cd /home/ | locate .htaccess
will dish the goods, but how to destroy ?

        wouldn’t rm -f *.htaccess work???

edit.. Darn it.. that would only work in the /home directory… or use the KDE or Gnome file mangers to find all the .htaccess files, select all and delete… hmmmm
