Seems they just blindly follow the US lead…

I love ( ) the way it always states that lawsuits are curbing illegal downloading, they also always give credit to the riaa for the success of legal download sites… Had the riaa kept up with technology, alllowed download sites like apple etc to exist prior to 2003 without ridiculous restrictions on use/burning of songs, the illegal sites may not have been as successful as they’ve been.

So far only shaw has stated it will fight sharing peoples info, may change from sympatico to shaw
