Paying bills. I’ve paid rent, telephone and internet today. Bye bye $1100
People calling the wrong number, and then getting into a long explanation about how they were trying to call their relative that they haven’t seen in a long long time.
Waking up at 6 because the streets are being cleared of snow and they make so much noise doing it.
Still not finding my J Mascis Peel Sessions album.
People who don’t finish their beer.
People who orders sex on the beach, and then giggles for 5 minutes, which means I have to stand even longer at the bar to get my beer and whiskey.
People who pretend to give money to drug addicts, but just put the money back in their pockets.
My waffle iron being broken.
Instead of doing all the stuff I should be doing, I sit here and write this stupid list.February 26, 2004 at 7:18 am #99500this gets me mad today…
having to spend a day with people from work at a conference I don’t really want to go to

worst thing, I was just dreaming I was already there & it sucked

that sucks so hard! Last year I actually dreamt my way through an exam, just to wake up and find out that I had to hurry to school and take the exam..
Well, hope the conference goes smoothly and that the day will bring lots of prizes and fun!
February 26, 2004 at 12:37 pm #99502I had this dream I kept hearing a song`s lyrics over and over again then I wake up and fall back to asleep again and dream the same dream again
anyone else have audio in their dreams or am I the only one
once I heard J playing The Lung guitar solo over and over again
at least that dream was ok

I like your dreams, SG–wish I had audio in mine–although I can now make myself do stuff in my own dreams, all because a friend told me it was possible to do–according to Carlos Castaneda.

It sucked in more ways than I could even dream about

Another one tomorrow, no robots, just vaccinations & recertifications

The place I was at today just happened to be across from my fav Robot store, picked up…Robot Space Trooper
Also found a wind up tin Brontosaurus just down the street, that makes up for all the rest

I usually don’t remember my dreams, go figure the one I remember is about work

I thought I was dreaming today when I heard the intro to Feel The Pain used for a local water company ad on the radio…

my tonsils which hurt again !
February 27, 2004 at 6:45 am #99508mine today is snow related

They plowed my backlane yesterday evening, thought I could make it over the snowbank they left in front of my garage…
I tried, got stuck, able to back up, got stuck in my neighbors new city made snow bank. No way I could push it out, two wheels weren’t even touching the ground
Had to dig out, took 45 minutes, snow was compacted under both front & back.,,ohhh it sucked, if only the towtruck driver could hear the names he was being called

oh well, almost spring, less than a month all the snow will be
gone, that makes me happy

Hope you feel better Sophie, fingers crossed its not a strep infection

My waffle iron being broken. Thanks, this inspired me to dust off my waffle iron and make some yummie waffles

That being said, I agree with CG; the snow/winter is what bugs me the most now. Sure snow can be fun but enough of it already
