Iggy’s 59 today…
gotta love this fact, I believe it…
Iggy was omitted from a poll of ‘hellraisers’ compiled by VH1. This was because VH1 employees and viewers are so afraid of Iggy Pop that they believe even saying his name will cause them to burst into flames.
Iggy used to dive on broken bottles on stage, and smear himself with raw meat and peanut butter. One would think that this would make him at least as much of a hellraiser as Charlotte Church. VH1 viewers don’t seem to think so. pembrokeshiretv.com
