Bit of info on the upcoming Amma benefit in Toronto, June 23rd…

J will probably drown them out — at Central Park last summer, at various points during their set BSS had four guitars going. And together, they weren’t even a third as loud as J’s ONE guitar.
I think it’s gonna be amazing as well, wonder if they’ll limit themselves to the early songs.
Someone has to record this, fingers crossed!!!

Wow, someone serioudly needs to go to this and record it. BSS are probably my favourite live band. I’d love to hear them flesh out the Dino classics.

w/ Feist, Bloc Party, Broken Social Scene, and more…Man. I won’t be anywhere near there but I sure am excited to hear whatever anybody records and posts. Better yet, J. should take his film crew up there for the show too. In the meantime, I’m looking forward to the Dino Jr performance on The Henry Rollins Show next week.
