When I’m cooking I like to put the baby in the high chair and show him his favorite videos from youtube on the kitchen computer, otherwise he is in another room getting into trouble.

One of Alvaros favorite videos, he has like 10 that he wants to see over and over, is "Oh, Mama, cow, cow"
thats the Amma song under Mascis, that funny little put together thing.
this morning when going to find "Oh, mama, cow, cow" I discoverd this, and I say "Wow,wow"

      http://youtube.com/watch?v=BM8sK7Uww38&search=mascis VERY GOOD STUFF

just for your 1043, Little Al’s other favorites are "Hi, Puppy" http://youtube.com/watch?v=WWNcF0PzXEY&search=puppies

and his all time super favorite, a recently featured video he calls "Car,car, red, car"
      http://youtube.com/watch?v=BB4fEbodGs0& … =1&t=t&f=b

      Have a great day, Y’all.

modified to say this may be over at free so free, but I just have not had the time to plow through everything there………..so this may be old news, but it was a first view for me! :D

Great find Anna! That was totally rad. It was cool to hear Watt play it, he plays it a bit different than Lou does for sure. ;D

wow … I didn’t think watt could fuck anything up more than he does all the Stooges material w/ all his incessant noodling but I’m proven wrong.

Horrible. Just horrible. he should definitely just stick to his own material.

He can fuck up things worse. Like the lung:

              he’s not even in tune.

:D, yeah, that sounds out of tune all right, thats just bad, but also I must admit, I don’t think that’s J’s finest Lung moment either, :D.

I?ve seen Watt w/J+Fog twice, and on both occasions I thoght he was great.
+ he gives out such an energy both on and off stage. If it were up to me Watt would be in all the incarnations of the Fog.
And he comes across as something as rare as a genuinely nice person.

oh, no doubt. I used to be a huge fIREHOSE muster roll-er and have been listening to the Minutemen forever. I also was lucky enough to meet/hang w/ him last year at Dino’s ATP show in London, standing next to him while he played air bass off stage left. Great, genuine guy, but those videos ….. oof.

*laughs* Yeah, I agree, he?s a bit of a master of disaster on those.

I don’t see what the problem is with Watt in this song. I like it, it’s a different take on an old song.

my god-i’ve seen it all now-raggin on MikeFreakin Watt on his BASS PLAYIN? one of the finest bass players in rock&roll! know anything about punkrock and the history of The Minutemen?
                          sacrilege!!
please check his ‘hootpage’ on the web on all his feelings on playin w/ J-
he acknowleged that he played some weird stuff once in a while and fell out of tempo or forgot a riff…he’d look over at J and see him smile.
hey it goes w/ the game-J wanted Watt w/ all that means and until i hear an ill word about J’s feelings toward Watt you guys are blowin smoke.
i think they have both said they look forward to when they can do something again.
                          sounds positive to me…

We(or I atleast,) agree that Watt is the man, no worries :)

I know. I just felt that I had to point out that there had been said a lot of great things about man in the thread, and that you probably shouldn?t execute us without a trial :)
