Does anyone know where I could find a recorded copy of Dinosaur Jr’s February 20, 1989 show at the 9:30 Club in Washington DC? I have not seen it on Freesofree.net and I know it might be nearly impossible to find. I’m estimating feb. 20th as the date but I do know it was President’s Day weekend of 1989 and it was the Saturday or Sunday before President’s day. I know J, Lou, Murph was recorded a couple of days earlier in NYC.

There are various, in fact loads of recordings from that year, many of which are not up on freesofree. I think there are about 3 or 4 from Feb ’89 (I think Yale, Richmond, NYC & the BUnratty’s show), but I’ve never come across a DC show from that year… sorry that I can’t help. ???

Thanks, I’ve looked at the concert chronology site and it’s not listed. I know that J,L,Murph was recorded Feb. 18th in NYC and then the next show listed is Richmond, VA. If I ever find a recorded copy of this show it will be amazing! I’m thinking it’s probably Feb. 19th or 20th of 1989. At this show they were filming too. There was a guy up on a stand in the middle of the crowd with a camara. It was the old 9:30 club so it was a pretty small venue and super loud!
