      You sign up for this, they automatically call you when the auction you’re bidding in is about to end, or you can bid on their page, and you get $20 the first time you do it.

      I bid on a Dino cd, got called, bid again, got beat, then got an email saying I qualified for the $20 paypal, unclicked the option for them to call, bam, $20 paypal. free.

      Edit: you have to have had your ebay acct. for over a year, or have 10 feedbacks.

          Last chance, they’re discontinuing the $20 bonus on Sept. 06, so you have to sign up before tuesday at midnight (I’m guessing) to get the free $20.
