I was just reading more about Anita.Her life story is just insane.She grew up in poverty,joined dance marathons to eat during the depression,once raped,had several abortions,a 14 year addiction to heroin,spent time in jail,lived in a 3 dollar hotel during a low point in her career…
yet she lived to the age of 87.Her sense of humour always intact;she said being in jail was like a vacation and on never wanting to have kids she said she did her part by raising dogs
