OK, I’m technically challenged. Maybe just lazy, not sure. :D

I got about half a gig of tunes I ripped using Windows Media Player and it converted everything to WMA. When I stock up the I-tunes library, it spends a ton of time converting everything over to MP3. Clean out the library, and then go through the whole process again when I move it all back in. Is there anyway to easily/permanently convert the existing files on my hard drive into MP3 so I don’t have to go through this all the time?

Why do I have the sinking feeling this is incredibly simple and now I look like a real arse? ::)

Kewl thanks. I figured it out. I-tunes is converting them and dropping a copy into my the I-tunes music folder. So I just need to clear out the folder on the external drive with the WMA and replace with the MP3.
