I’m sad. Sam the Record Man in Toronto is closing its doors, one of the last Sam’s stores to close and probably the largest. It took me seven years to get a job at the Montreal store and it was probably the best time/job in my life (even though I squandered most of it).
We lost our`s a few months ago
there was a smaller store too I used to frequent that closed in 2001.They never hired me

There isn’t anything like that around here. The closest thing that I have to buying records is at this place called Robert’s…thifts?…store?…things inc.
? I know it’s Robert’s something or other. Anyway, they sell records for as little as a dime but they’re like the Chipmunks first christmas and Songs of Rejoicing.
