Well…..here ’tis!!

I didn’t want to go with white for the face, hands and pants, so we took some liberties with those colors. I think it turned out pretty cool. Go me.

I probably should have explained those…..

Those are from sarcoidosis. Don’t know how ya get it (sarcoidosis). Don’t know how to cure it. And they don’t know what it is. It could go away any day, or it could kill you (like Reggie White). Thankfully my symptoms have been limited to just skin scarring and periodic arthritis-like joint pain. It affects other people’s lungs (Reggie White), liver and neurological system (some people would probably say my neurological has been affected, but I don’t think so).

The boots on my dude are covering up some scar tissue. This tattoo is an experiment to see how they will react. If all is good in six months, i’m going to get more work. LOTS more work. Normally, if the scar tissue is raised, tattooing over them is a no-go, but none of my scarring is raised. In fact, some of it actually makes slight indentions. Kind of like a bizzaro scar. My main worry is the ink bleeding and forming big blotches. So far, it looks pretty decent.
