That sounds like so much fun. And doing things for good causes mkes me feel warm and tingly inside. Sadly I can’t make this. But I hope the public straps on their leg warmers and the turn out is huge.

ps I read that today in Milwaukee was the annual sausage run. It made me smile seeing people in giant sausage suits running.

Oh! Have you ever seen the footage of the baby hippo who befriended the tortoise? So adorable. Talk about odd couples.

He’s a red eared slider. The poor thing, I acquired the little guy from a friend who’s cat was very mean to him. He was really scared at first and didn’t like it when I had to apply antibiotics to his scratches but now I think he is happy and feels safe. And he absolutely loves to go outside during the summer and explore in the grass.
