So says Lou Barlow in this interview I found today online in the St. Louis Riverfront Times. I also like Lou’s take on the Dinosaur Jr Nikes, living in LA and how he wears double earplugs during Dinosaur Jr shows. full interview here.

They handed out free earplugs at the Koko (London) show and there were posters saying how loud ‘tonight’s’ performance was going to be.

Is this a new thing? I’ve never known a venue to do that before.
