Has anyone else heard this band? Their guitarist, Marissa Paternoster is great and definitely heavily influenced by J. I saw them live back in March and they were fantastic.
I was actually turned on to Screaming Females when J listed their guitarist as one of the best current guitarists out there for an article.
Really enjoying them.
Also Ringo Deathstarr is earning some time in my ears lately. Obvious My Bloody Valentine influence which I also love.

@cooldad – as a funny twist, this post caught the attention of someone that reps the screaming females for licensing on twitter (new topics get pushed over there). He informed me that they will be playing a haunted house about 15 minutes away from my house in June. How awesome is that 😀
