Does anyone know anything about the mastering on Jagjaguwar reissues of Dinosaur Jr. “You’re Living All Over Me” and “Bug” on vinyl records? Who mastered them? Are they sourced from analogue tapes or digital recordings? If digital, then are these the same 2005 remasters from CDs or new ones, possibly from higher resolution files?

I remember reading the Jagjaguwar pressings are just reissues and they didn’t do anything new. To the point they we’re pointless buying if you had the one’s J’s label(baked goods) put out. The Jagjaguwar ones were not even pressed on 180g.
-again I read this then so hopefully that’s correct.

However it would be good to know what source they used and to the extent they we’re remastered !?? – My LP knowledge isn’t great but I’m sure someone will know..
It may even be on a old thread.

Can you try contacting Jagjaguar? They may be able to help you.
