Chicago, 11/3…hmm, the show starts 48 hours from now. ANYTHING from the new album will be great. The 3 Songs I’d like to hear:
1) Amarring (my newest favorite)
2) Alone (for JB and I agree, amazing solo)
3) Little Fury Things (need I say more?)
thanks a lot.
"Where’s the peace I crave? Where’s the life I live?…It’s not wrong."November 2, 2000 at 1:00 am #60025Yeah, Olaf, I’m sorry too… but at least I’m seeing J more than a month before you do!
(If anyone is wondering how we know each other: Olaf is my little brother… which might be evidence that the love for J’s music can be in your genes. )I already listed my three songs, so I can’t wait for Friday night in Chicago! (I’m leaving tomorrow morning – 18 hours by bus!) If anyone wants to come up and say hello: I’ll be the guy in the blue Feel The Pain shirt, with hair that’s on the short side for a Dino fan.

November 3, 2000 at 2:26 am #60026If J plays "Out There" 3 times and leaves the stage in Chicago, I will die a happier man… "On The Way" is also amazing. Just bought the new CD in Chicago at Best Buy (only one copy there…) and have repeat listened to it four times. AMAZING… BREATHTAKING… So many cool feels and all with such intensinty! Cool sounds and production. Illinois Entertainer has a story on J in the new November issue. You can check it out at: http://www.illinoisentertainer.com
Can’t wait for the Metro show in Chicago tomorrow night! J, I know your out there!
November 3, 2000 at 11:58 am #60027What else is new – just for that solo
Boy with the thorn in his side – i thought it was impossible for anyone to sound more pained than king of doom Morrissey.
Keeblin’ – coz it made me cry when I first heard it on a Radio One session. What an intro.
