setlist anyone?
April 6, 2006 at 10:08 am #115859all that matters is they played the wagon. also they did a four song encore (i think), which seemed pretty generous. the crowd was really into it, more so than the last time they were here. dead meadow was great. drove up from richmond for 2 hours after deciding to go at the last minute and was kind of regretting the fact that it was $40 and they were just going to play the same 15 or so songs they’ve been playing, but once I got there I realized how stupid it was to think like that. first saw J + Fog in dc about 5 years ago to the day and just realizing the book end aspect of seeing that show and getting into it and then seeing them reformed here was just really heavy.

SludgefeastApril 6, 2006 at 2:01 pm #115861It was a great show, better then the first time I saw them probably.
Dead Meadow was great, I’m glad I got to see them live, I’ve been wanting to for awhile.
April 6, 2006 at 9:41 pm #115862Felt like I was leaving the Varsity where Sebadoh played back in the early ’90s but I wasn’t at the Varsity I was at the 9:30 club. Or was I? It doesn’t matter. It was that good.
