I brought a copy of "youre living all over me" on vinyl from a second hand record store. I had it on CD for many years now but the reason why I bought it was because it was under the name of ‘Dinosaur’ not
dinosaur jr. I believe that the band changed their name to dinosaur jr shortly after YLAOM was released on SST which means that it was reprinted. So what I have is an oringinal release. Do you guys think that its pretty cool and that I should look after it well?. How rare is it now? I live all the way in remote New Zealand so getting this vinyl here was like winning the lotto. J Mascis is comming to my hometown (wellingtin) to play a solo set in months time. I hope that when I see him he could sign it for me. Ive never seen J before so I’m really crazy and excited. Does j usually hang around after he plays and do you think he will sign it if I asked nicely. Please answer my desperate questions I will appreciate it so much.April 6, 2003 at 8:12 pm #92929he’ll probably take it from you and beat you over the head with it.
J ==> :slap: <== YouApril 6, 2003 at 9:13 pm #92930J will sign the vinyl for you. He’s signed a Green Mind poster and a magazine for me. I had to wait outside for a little while but he eventually came out signed the stuff for me and several others who were waiting too. Good luck and enjoy the show.

April 10, 2003 at 7:30 am #92932I´ve got YLAOM on vinyl too. Actually I found that half a year before I finally found the cd.
I´m not sure but I think that mine says Dinosaur Jr. on the front.
I think I´m gonna have that checked.April 13, 2003 at 11:17 pm #92933I have YLAOM on vinyl with the Jr. Yours is certainly rarer, I’d say it’s probably one of the best items a fan could have. I don’t know about J but bring it along it’s worth a try. I saw frank black the other day and he signed 15 of my cd liners so if J’s 1/15th as nice then you’ll be okay.
