I might get Interstellar Discussion at some point, I hear that one is more garage band sounding.
The Blue Corpse is thought as his most accessible so I suggest that.

Definitely a band that’s due for a cd reissue series. Great, menacing stuff.

I listened to Ready For The House a while ago, it was pretty good. It sounded like Thurston Moore talking over really weird guitar stuff. It was all like the same track throughout but still cool.

February 5, 2007 at 4:09 pm #121587I haven’t been able to listen to anything by the eels for three years due to too many memories tied to the group. Don’t get me wrong, they are wonderful memories, but some things are best not to be reminded of.
I know this is going to make me look like the biggest dork in the universe, but I noticed she had written remember to buy eels tickets on her palm as I was standing next to her on the subway, so I sang life is hard, and so am I, you better give me something so I don’t die into her ear. It did work though. It worked magnificently. And after it stopped working magnificently I haven’t been able to listen to eels at all, until something cured me. So today I’ve been listening to this.
