      has anyone got a meaning about what amma ring is about? what is an amma ring?

          I’m curious now. I’ve gone thru two threads with a link to the meaning of Ammaring and both pages are gone. Can someone guide me to this thread?

            Not sure where the thread is but my understanding of what an Ammaring is just a ring with Amma`s face on it.Amma is a lady from India that hugs people.J admires her and you might say she`s J`s guru.

                When I first heard the song I thought it was about that certain group of people in your community
                who live with Amma 9 months out of the year and then come home and hold vegetarian potlucks
                at the Unitarian Universalist church, show a cool slide shows of the Ashram, and ask if you would like to
                come to India for a few months. You get to eat curried chick peas and Barfi, yum,yum. It was on Freakscene that I read about the "ring", perhaps it in a Mike Watt journal, heck, I don’t remember.
