yea that dude has been around for a long time…..he comes to all the punk/hardcore shows, he got stomped but he didn’t mean any harm.

I was in the back with the tapers teh first night wearing a red Hendrix shirt. The second night I was right there in front of Lou. Too bad we couldnt have met up. It would be nice to meet some fellow Freaksceners. That does blow that they shut you down from taping.That guy seems to go out of his way to hit the people that arent as "into it" as he is. I kept hearing him talk about the "fags" that were just standing around. He slammed into me a few times, and I just let it go. Even though I was a little pissed because he does get his elbows up. Then he smashed into the girl to my left, knocking her drink all over me. She got pissed, and pushed him back. Then he kept spending the next 2 songs slamming into and throwing elbows into a 5 ft tall girl. What a winner. When the security went to grab him, he fought with the security guard. I guess two guys were thrown out, so maybe we are thinking of different guys. I’ve just never liked the guy. It’s on ething to slam dance. Thats not my cup of tea, but its cool. Its another to just blindside people who arent slam dancing and throwing elbows into peoples backs, and thats what he always seems to do. Oh well.
Maybe we can meet up at the next Michigan shows. Where do you live?
did J/Lou say anything interesting last night?
lol, the first night lou said something about "___MOTHAFUCAS!!!" before he left, anyone catch what he said?n yea, thay woulda been cool if Lou went back to the old sebadoh days where he yells at people in the audience and bitched that guy out who was pushin.

I thought it was funny at the end of the first night when Lou was handing out picks. He told the one person "you dont get a pick, you didnt move all night".

Lou said something before the second song and someone yelled suck it up which made lou laugh and he didn’t know what to say to it. yea that dude can get out of control, I didn’t see him doing that shit, he was pretty raging drunk though before Djr even went on. Both shows were a stellar production 2nd night being better than the 1st night for me.
The 2nd night J, Lou, and that one sound check were handing out picks left and right! I was literally front and center wearing my Stooges Funhouse shirt and it seemed like everyone in the front got a pick. I still cant get over that I got one from J. It was a good night!
I was at the Blind Pig show on Sunday night…two or three people from the front on J’s side. I brought my camera, but J wanted the lights off, so I didn’t get many good photos of the band. However, I did get tons of shots of Awesome Color. The rocked so much; I really enjoyed their opener.
My friend grabbed J’s set list, so that was cool. It was nice to see the setlists vary so much, but it makes me wish I was able to go to both shows. Sludgefest is pretty much my favorite DJ song, so I’m glad I was there Sunday.
Tomorrow evening, after work, I’ll post a link to my Flickr account where the photos will be. Until then.

Cuz on the second show in SF Lou kicked the pick used for the last song to the couple in front of me then there was on left on the floor and I asked one of the roadies if I have it and he said no.
