ManOhMan…I saw Quinn’s stats and knew it was bad, but it sounds like he’s being run out of town tar and feathered, and for good reason. Injuries are evil. That Rex kid was starting to look good, now Craig Krenzel is being mentioned as a possibility, how far will it drop? Speaking of injuries, the Stillers have been relatively lucky in that area, now the only luck is that our off week is upon us. Chad Scott turely is on his last leg, and if Cowher keeps putting tired old Willie Williams in as a replacement i hope for Chad’s speedy recovery. Willie deserted in the 90’s and i haven’t welcomed him back yet i guess, but he and the rest of our subpar corners are beginning to be exposed. Big Ben got banged up a bit and even looked rattled for one or two plays; he is special and the Stillers are lucky to have him. I’m still coming down from sunday’s game. Too much excitement for this guy but i loved every second. The real injury of note is Pro-Bowl nose tackle Casey Hampton. He clogs the middle on d and does the work of two tackles in the stillers 3-4. He and Chad are questionable for the rest of the season. Bye week definitly needed…

Perfect timing for that bye week, hope you guys make better use of it then we did

Theres talk of putting quinn in against tampa… :?

Insanity, they say Krenzels not ready for prime time, so what, either is quinn…god, he’s not ready for the cfl :(

It really was a completely horrifying game, hopefully we can beat tampa…I have my doubts

             :P

Mike Tomczak should not be on that list :!:

I liked him, he wasn’t great but Hey! he won some games for us & withstood the constant tirades of the Mighty Ditka

Not sure I agree with the including Kordell on that list, he didn’t stand a chance with the completely lame offensive play calling we had going on last year. He was getting killed out there

I think Henry Burris deserves to be higher up on the list, second only to his lameness cade. McClown deserves all the crap he gets from BEAR fans, he was a complete jerk, I was soooo happy when he left town.

johnathon quinn deserves a spot on that list, god, he better not start this w/e :slap:

Sometimes things are so bad you just gotta laugh, think I’m gonna be laughing a lot this season  :(

We’re so desperate for a qb who can complete a pass we’re looking at Tim Couch… :(

God, I hope we can beat tampa, I have my doubts :slap:

                go Bears beat tampa

go bills beat baltimore, giving Stillers off week present of two game lead in division…

If Couch can complete a forward pass he’s in

Wickedly bad game yesterday, in every way possible. I knew we were sunk when on our 1st drive we scored a 77 yd running td only to have it called back on offensive pass interference on david terrell…  :?

Stupid penalties, bad qb’s, ineffective play calling…we’re the worst team in the nfl…  :slap:

Hopefully theres a good qb to pick up with our number one pick in the draft :!:

Mike Alstott out with a torn knee ligament :(

                  next up San Francisco :|

San Fran is pretty bad, could be a win.
We’ve got New England and then Philly.
5-1 could be 5-3 real quick, but i love everything now, even dropping two in a row won’t kill the stillers.

Deion looked like his old self yesterday as the Ravens moved to 4-2.

I’d argue against using first round picks on quarterbacks, but my opinion seems to be changing on that one

I dunno, San Fran beat us 49-zip last year, hope your right though :!:

Saw a certain Stiller rookie qb on a chunky soup commercial, not bad, not even halfway thru the season & he’s getting endorsement deals

Wasn’t a very pretty game, but we won at home finally :!:

Guy I work with is a niners fan, trash talked like mad Saturday, Sunday I went to work after the game, he was wearing his inflatable niner helmet & jersey….

Some wicked games yesterday, Stillers beat Patriots…

                          good stuff all around :D

Ike Taylor got an interception which made me smile. Entire secondary looked sharp. Things are seemingly falling into place…

Here comes TO and his iggles to town sporting an undefeated record…

They slid by the ravens yesterday which gave the stillers a two game lead in the division. Terell doing Ray Lewis’s dance in the end zone was funny. No one seemed to notice Plaxico paying homage to Michael Irwin after a touchdown a few weeks ago in Dallas. Plax is back to looking like the next big thing thanks to of all things a rookie qb i still can’t believe i ever talked trash on

The New England win was nice, but they are really depleted. Once Ty Law went down i kinda knew the game was over, even being down 0-3 at the time. By the end they had their last two cornerbacks on the roster playing every down.

Iggles will be a real challenge.

Seems the Iggles weren’t anywhere near a challenge for The Mighty Steellers

Didn’t see the game, sounds like it was pretty one sided, caught some td celebrations by The Steelers…love the TO dance

BEARS pulled a fast one on the Giants today, we were lulling them into a false sense of security for most of the 1st half… :P Five minutes left in the half, BEARS down by 14, suddenly they turn it on and score 20 points   :P

Our D was absolutely incredible today, 7 sacks, Alex Brown had four by himself. Vasher our rookie corner was unbelievable. Int’s, tons of pressure & blitzing like mad, A Train over 100 yds rushing, Craig Krenzel 3’rd string rookie qb 2-0 undefeated when starting the game…YIKES

A Train knocked Strahan out of the game, he tried to tackle A Train & ripped a pectoral muscle

                            BEARS win 28-21 :P

                            next up Titans

that Krenzel kid knew how to win during his Ohio State daze, never flashy or standoutish, but wins are wins and fun as all get out.

Even Willie Williams looked good today for the Stillers. Kendrell Bell returned to the line-up and looked good in limited action. Dee is ready for anyone, blitzburgh is back and ready to attack.

Bus gets to run wild on Duces former team. Plax looked great till he lost the ball on a breakaway touchdown gone oops ball slipped out of hand fumble. All smiles even from Cowher.

division game at Cleveland next week

almost forgot to mention Willie Parker getting a few carries during mop up time. 3 for 14 yards including a bounced out run for a first down, quick as lighting the future gets his first carries…

Bib Ben survived the game & kept the streak growing…looking like you guys are championship bound.

That goof from Cleveland, threatening some physical harm to Big Ben during the game, not to bright, said it to the meda before the game. Then he received warnings from nfll r/t possible fines & suspensions…good! We had a guy, Charles Martin from the pack follow thru on his ridiculous threat to end McMahons career. well after the play he picked up McMahan & pretty much pile drived his throwing shoulder into the frozen tundra… :slap: :slap:

Mighty BEARS pulled out another road game, against Tennesse this time. Jeff Fisher, coach of the titans, is an ex BEAR, played on the wicked 85 team. Walter Paytons som is on the titans practice squad as well

Special teams & defence won the game for us again, RW ran back a 75 yard kick return for a td, he followed in up on the next play for an 80 yard return, shame it was called back with a very silly clipping play. Int by Michael Haynes on our D, ran back for TD, edinger fg tied the game. Columbo, first game back following two years of rehab on a catastrophic knee injury, leaps up & blocks the titans try to win the game…

In ot our D continued to dominate, lots of pressure on the line, penetrating the backfield & creating chaos, turnovers…and eventually the game winning safety…. 8) :P

                                pack-5-4
                                vikings5-4
                                lions4-5
                                The Mighty Chicago BEARS-4-5

nothings set in stone, we could make a run for the division :P

Rumor out there Jeff George is in Chicago today….we do need an experienced qb, craig Krenzel made some horrendous throws yesterday, didn’t look good at all. Our O line wasn’t holding anyone back though, Train & Krenzel didn’t stand a chance more of the time.

next up Indianappolis in Chicago, hopefully really cold out, Peyton can get rattled with pressure, prown to turnovers. The Might yChicago D will be waiting…

rookie quarterbacks rule, you should give that Krenzel kid a chance, maybe we’ll have an all rookie qb superbowl…

Jeff George does have a big arm but the bears win with defense. Heard Urlacher might be out for a while, that wouldn’t be good. I hate the colts so best of luck.

Speaking of injured monster linebackers, Kendrel Bell is begining to show why we missed him although Larry Foote is crazy good as well. Bell is quick like Willie Parker rookie running back that couldn’t catch a screen pass to save his life but wins are all that teams need.

Michael Haynes played d-line at penn state, who also got a win with their defense this weekend, it was a goal line stand, not a saftey though, which has to be the most thrilling way to win a game, two points, thank you and goodnight…

                                  all is good.

Joey Porter and William Green got into a fight pre-game, browns stillers is quite a rivalry, Road trip to the bungles next sunday, bring on carson palmer and the jungle, will see if Chad Johnson has any smack to talk this week. He is quite dangerous, freakin’ New England is never losing again it looks like, can’t believe i’m thinking about home field advantage…

                                  go stillers go
