…i hate night games, too much waiting around. I like to wake up shower put on my sunday best being lifted just before kick off and then focus in the haze of morning blaze but tomorrow really today i have to wait through games with teams whose names never appear hear. The Stillers will be in Jacksonville today but it is in the beginning of Feburary they need to return there for that big game at the end. Super Steelers seem super still but will Big Ben lose the thrill now that he can’t write PFJ on his shoes, that’s news, who clues in what brings more sin soda fountians or mountain mines wiht too much free time speaking of which i’m going to ditch this ramble and scramble eggs for a before sleep breakfast feast hoping ot delay the rise and rest my eyes for prime time football fun…

I agree, it’s way too long to wait, I even have a hard time with 3pm games

Fingers crossed Urlacher plays today, when he’s not in the game we don’t stand a chance. RW been switched over to safety, Tillman back at the cb spot. Last years killer play by Tillman over Moss in the endzone, ripping the ball out of his hands negating a sure td 8) :!:

Surfer dude Chad Hutchinson starting today, hopefully he can complete a forward pass. Rumor out there we may use a two back formation with A Train & T Jones, we need to establish the run big time against the vikings, hopefully our offensive line was emBEARassed last week when they were completely ineffective, they need to open up some lanes today, give the qb sometime to actually get the ball off & not commit stupid penalties…not asking for much

Hope its freezing & windy in Chicago today, vikings are a dome team …used to temp controlled conditions… :P

        Go Stillers Go 8)

        Go BEARS Go

Apparently things are getting testy between the D & O, guess the D doesn’t appreciate us going for the league lead in 3 & outs on offense :P  :!:

just when I think that I’ve started to understand some of what you’re talking about you post something like this

          8)

The goal of the offense is to use their opportunity on the field to use tons of time & move up the field. They have 3-4 chances to gain ten yards, thats a 1st down & they get another chance to move up the field. The BEARS are not getting any 1st downs, they try three lame plays, use minimal time and usually end up fifteen yards back from where they started  That means the defense doesn’t get much of a chance to rest, their on the field most of the game, the exact opposite of what you want. Offense not doing their job & defense not pleased & getting pissed!!!

Hopefully today we see a change, vikings have lost the last 3 games at Soldier Field… :? 8)

            BEARS win 24-14… 8) 8) 8)

Definitely saw a change of pace on offense today, picked up 1st downs, Surfer Dude Chad Hutchinson had a 115% qb rating…completed some huge passes downfield

Our D was outstanding, Urlacher makes a huge difference, he had a wicked pick @ the 4 yd line, great sack & tackles from this SuperBear…17 days post surgery, god he’s amazing!!! Azumah had a couple picks, Tillman took another one away from Moss, tons of pressure on Culpepper… 8)

            Whooohooo… :P

Yikes, I drank a whole bottle of wine thru the game…maybe I’ll have to do that every week

            Next up Jacksonville

oh yeah, like the Dude in The Big Lebowski, I hate the *%#*+$! Eagles man… but today they’re playing the packers So…

Go Eagles Go  :P

…Stillers squeeze through a nail biter that could have been avoided. I hated Coach Cowher last yeart like no other for his poor clock management ability, this year has been fine and at 11-1 who can complain, but spikingg the ball on second down with plenty of time and then kicking the game winning field goal giving Jacksonville enough time to get into position for a potential game winning field goal. Fans don’t deserve to be treated like that. Allthough a win is a win. Quite a physical game. I hope we beat them up bad enough so they, being Jacksonville, has nothing left for freakscene’s favorite Bears next week.

Willie Parker made a big play on a draw during our final drive. No Plax again which hurt. Lee Mays finally made a catch or two so that helped. Why can’t those Patroits just lose a game so breathing room can be established. Ravens lost so the division is wrapped up practically.

Jets come to town next week.

              Could be trouble…

Yet another all MAC quarterback matchup.

              Sufers seem super???

              quite a good week 8)

Well it certainly wasn’t worth getting up after two hours sleep to watch this game :!:

Three offensive line starters out, it shows, tons of pressure in the backvield…

Tons of stupid penalties by the BEARS, one on each play during one drive

ugly game to say the least…and it looks like Urlachers injured again

                  Go Pittsburg Go

Next up for us Houston…

…Let’s dicuss the Bus. In addition to being back up running back and speacial big play maker, Jerome Bettis is also the mayor of pittsburgh and funniest man alive. Speaking of ununderstandable silliness. Brian Urlacher was named most over-rated player by some bunch of meatheads. My lifeless research shows me that the mighty Bears are 5-4 with the mighty Urlacher and 0-4 without him. Who ever made that list is as overrated as the paycheck he gets to cash everysooften.

Stillers still steaming hot at 12-1.

One ny team down one trip to ny (rather nj) this saturday.

Plax was out again and the offense struggled till the Bus put the rest of the city on his back and threw the ball into the wide open guy named Jerermy Tuman in the end zone. Randy Moss tried to play quarterback as well with horrid results. So sad how bad coaches have it. Trick plays that work are good calls and ones that don’t are firerable excuses.

Stillers are AFC North Champions. Home field advantage in sight.

Giants don’t scare me which is scary initself.

Eli vs. Big Ben, should be interesting…

Looking forward to some Saturday games… 8)

Saw the Bus throw for a td & run for one on sunday, very pleasing :!:

The Urlacher article is an unbelievable attempt to make news where none exists. Using a stellar athletes name to try and boost the writers article, not working…even a packer ahman green defended the mighty Urlacher.

Interesting the fox sports professionals they talked to for the article chose to not have their names printed…cowards :P

…interesting start indeed. A nailbitter all day long. Eli definitly brought his best game. Big Ben made a few mistakes but had his best day yardage wise. The Bus keeps rolling, and my least favorite stiller Willie Williams made the big play at the end. Every player i talk trash on seems to play well as if to spite me. I quickly declared him my favorite Stiller when he came up with that interception causing even myself to laugh a huge sigh of relief. Craziness. Teams that manage to win even when they play flat horrid football are amazing.

                          Go Stillers Go.

Plax better be back next week. Can’t keep him out forever. He looks fine stalking the sidelines. Randel El had a huge game.

Next week brings the Baltimore Ravens to Pittsburgh. The Stillers have one lose and it came at the hands of division rival ravens. That should be motivation enough.

I hope i get to see the Bears game tomorrow/today but i doubt my tv will be cool enough.

Go Bears beat those evil texans.

Wicked game yesterday, had faith The Steelers would pull through 8)

Eli played a good game though, still looks the part of a very green rookie, definitely has some raw talent!!!

Outrageously cold across the midwest today, -15F in Chicago, Texans should love that :P Snowing in Cleveland for San Diego & it’s -10 in Green Bay for Jacksonville…Jacksonville was complaining about a windchill of 48 @ home last week… :P

No Urlacher today, Hillemeyer takes his place, Marcus Reese gets his first start as a lb today… O Line remains banged up, hopefully the cold weather helps out & slows down the oncoming D so Hutch & Jones have a chance to get the plays off

We’re still in the playoff hunt…yeah right

Seems the cold weather got to the oh so unmighty BEARS today…

We need an offensive line sooo bad, there were more texans in our backfield than BEARS…they killed the plays b4 they even had a chance to begin…

Hopefully the next two games are less painful, Lions followed by the pack

The not so mighty BEARS play Detroit today, hopefully we can even the score for the season, we played awful against them earlier in the year…god it was a horrifying loss. But then again, this season has been full of games like that

Urlacher & Ogun out for the rest of the season, fingers crossed we can pull together a decent squad today…

                                Go BEARS Go :?

We were robbed, home town replay call erased the BEARS winning touchdown…

It was a beautiful touchdown, guy had both feet in bounds, the ball was secure…but the lions got the call & won the game

One more game to go, Packers in Chicago…we need to mess with them & sweep our series with them this year. That would be the least painful ending to this outrageous season :P
