and there will be much rejoicing
April 6, 2006 at 1:18 am #115761yep

April 6, 2006 at 5:53 am #115762My fiance and I will be making the trek from Tampa, Fl (again) for this amazing show. I plan to be front and center again like last time, just not too drunk or at all, like last time. Does anyone think they’ll play "Feel The Pain"? JOKING!!! It will be a Freak Scene for sure! By the way this particular stop/city is 9 months later to the day from the last time/same place which was July 8, 2005. Later

LaterWeird, but the time that J played at the Caledonia Lounge (late January 2004), that night I got pregnant, I told the midwife I was sure of the date because my husband had been out of town and then home for a few days and then gone.
We ended up making love at 4am or something and then lo and behold, baby Alvaro was born the day that J and the Fog played in Atlanta, November 10th. He was born on the very day. He was about three to three and 1/2 weeks late. (but right in line with the 9 month thing) Very interesting.
April 9, 2006 at 6:03 pm #115764I thought Dead Meadow were decent, but I began to wish I was being run over by a truck during Priestess . . .
Any idea what the last song was, Lou sang?
EDIT: Never mind, it was Chunks. I’ll have it up on freesofree soon.

Peace
April 10, 2006 at 5:27 pm #115766Awesome show. I think they played a bit better than the last Atlanta show, although they certainly weren’t bad then.
My ears are still ringing
April 10, 2006 at 7:43 pm #115767heh, you didn’t like Priestess? i kind of liked em, even thoughthey make lack some songwriting, they can play and put on a good show. Dead Meadow was pretty awesome, they have an absolute great guitarist.
