Just a Brief story for everyone about my fiancee…We were supposed to go to St. Louis to hang out with her friend that just got married (I’m from Cincinnati) for this upcoming weekend. Well, she got word somehow about J’s show @ the Metro in Chicago. She asked if I wanted to go, but I didn’t want to break off our plans with Jill (her friend). Long story short, When I went to see her on Sunday night, she already had the tickets and the whole trip planned out! The things my lady does to keep me in touch with Dino Jr! I just hope she can handle the volume of the great one. So, all you single guys out there, there are some pretty cool girls left in the world! See ya there…

Cool Fiancee, Drew. I’m headin to the Chicago show as well, with a couple friends and my wife. While she is not the biggest DJ/Mascis fan, she did use J’s version of "Anticipation" as the music in a video for a media class…I guess I talked her into going. "Is that so wwwronngg?" She is packing ear plugs as I’m quite sure NOTHING can prepare a first-timer for J’s painfully loud outbursts. That’s what we crave though, right?
I hope we meet up, but at the very least, it’ll be comforting for my wife to hear your story.
