      on xp, no idea for other os’s, control panel/performance and maintenance/system/advanced tab/performance settings/advanced tab/virtual memory-change, if you have extra space on your hard drive, you can allocate up to right near 5 GB of it to act as RAM. It makes the ol’ puter pop a little more… :wink:
