This is kind of a back door, and I caution you, that if the info is here and you contact the person listed, they probably will not be happy, but will most gladly direct you to the right place:
http://www.netsol.com/cgi-bin/whois/whois
you pop in the domain name, or URL minus the www and it should give you who registered the site, perhaps the street address they used when registering it and maybe even a phone number. If you do not get a phone, you can run the address in a reverse directory from http://www.reverseaddress.com and see if you get anything. There are more things you can do, but this might be the easiest, just not the most pleasing for the folks at the other end.
