Delusional to the max BEAR fan, only way I survived the 90’s…anyone remember how the Giants kicked our butt in that divisional play off. Bears did some great things today.

They beat Tampa in Tampa for one. Hard to do. Not many NFC Central teams besides them have done it and prob not many will.

Marty Booker scores three touchdowns! He is proving the Bears might have the best core of receivers in the league, even with Marcus Robinson shelved. Sacrificed his body bigtime for one while getting hammered by John Lynch, nastiest safety in the league

R.W. McQuarters pulls a pick off of Keyshawn "Give Me The Damn Pinkslip" Johnson and actually shuts up his trashtalking for the rest of the game after that. Don’t know many players who can do that.

Gambled alot more on the pass this week and it paid off. All’s well in my world…. [img]images/smiles/icon_razz.gif[/img]

…and how about Peyton Manning’s fake grounding the ball to stop the clock and then running for a touchdown play [img]images/smiles/icon_eek.gif[/img] . It worked so well it even faked out the refs. Sheer genius and incredibly ballsy too!
If the play clock did run out then they were right in not allowing it, but…if it faked out the refs and they blew their whistles the TD should count. Why should the team be penalized cuz the refs fucked up?

Yessss, The Bear pulled it of again. Although just by the skin of their teeth. Dick Jaron has some serious explaining to do. How do make the call to put the knee down with so much time on the clock and being in field goal range on top of it? I almost had a freakin’ heart attack when th bucs got in field goal range. When the ball bounced off the post we Chicagoens let out a sigh of relief and raised our cocktails in toast of the mighty(if not sometimes stupid) Bear. Payton Manning’s play was one of the best offensive stunts I’ve ever seen, he was robbed by the stupid refs.

I’m looking forward to the Superbowl Shuffle 2002 when we win the superbowl

Wicked game, just about lost my mind on that last Bears series with all the knees though. I swear Jaron must have lost track of the downs, in all the interviews after though he said it was what he planned to do [img]images/smiles/icon_eek.gif[/img] If thats the case he has definitely got to go [img]images/smiles/icon_redface.gif[/img] Listened to the archived radio show…they were screaming about as loud as we were when that f/g bounced off. VERY LUCKY that happened, could have gotten ugly otherwise. 7-2 though, gotta love that…especially after the pack lost…sweeet!!!! Gotta say I really hate the prevent defense, like saying we can’t trust you guys to win the game so play it safe…sucks in a big way [img]images/smiles/icon_mad.gif[/img]

Nice to see Miller throwing it downfield for a change, Booker is my player of the week no doubt about it. Gotta love when a guy steps up like that, wicked hit he took in the endzone but held onto the ball [img]images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]
