How is Dave S doing this tour? I saw him on tour with Stockholm Syndrome last month and he was looking rode hard and put away wet. I am a bit concerned, having seen him play since 1990. I can’t see how anyone could fare too well from back to back tours, even a rock God like Dave.
I thought he looked fine when i saw him in Atlanta. He seemed to be having fun on stage and singing along even when he was not doing backing vocals during a couple times.
what i like about dave in <THE> band is he’s playin a RIC. at least he did last time thru sf,cali. thats what <LOUBARLOW> played back in DINOSAUR days and it has a sound along w/ J’s tones that just embellishes each other-there is a tonal center that i dont hear when J is playin w/ other bass players or other basses.
