Defective FREE SO FREE?

      So, first of all, FREE SO FREE is a great album. Much better, I think, than MORE LIGHT. But anyways, at the end of my disc…RIGHT at the very last nanosecond before it stops spinning, there’s this loud digital pop-burp noise. Anyone else’s disc have this defect? Perhaps a mastering mistake on all copies? It’s quite annoying.

          I can’t confirm the noise you describe regarding the Japanese release, can’t speak for the US- or European realeases, though…

            I hear it! The last song, Outside, is 3:44 long and just as Mike said, as the track ends there is a loud POP. It sounds like an amp or mic being plugged in or pulled out.

            Mike, perhaps we should turn it down a bit!!

              Just got the album yesterday, YEAH! yeah I got the pop too. I get sounds like this at the end of songs when I make discs from mp3s sometimes.
