Lucky.. I wish they would make their way back to the south again.. If we didn’t have so many people who insisted upon stripper dancing by the stage, we might see them more often..

Not sure if it’s indicative of Baltimore clubs generally, but when I saw J & the Fog at the Funk Box a couple years back there was plenty of pot smoking going on the bathroom. I brought my one-hitter, which served me fine. Most places around NYC are pretty relaxed so long as you’re not making a big production out of it, but Warsaw’s an odd place (a Polish national home used sometimes for gigs), which is why I’m wondering.
seems like lots of places are cracking down on it these days though. i ussually just try to take a few hits on the down low and ussually never get busted

We’ll be in Baltimore early that day. We’ll have a hotel more than likely and will be in full-party mode.

I read somewhere that the idiot singer for the Strokes got tossed out of Warsaw for smoking cigs during a GBV show a couple years back. A friend of mine got tossed out of the Boston Dino show last summer for smoking a cig. You’re probably safer sneaking a hit off a joint than smoking a cigarette — which is fine by me.

I’ve never been to the Ottobar before, but in 9:30 there’s some reefer smoking going down.
I probably won’t end up seeing Dinosaur there though…since I’m broke and I’ve already seen them twice before…trying to save my money up for Daughters a few days later.
