The guy says he has up to size 13 so Tom you may be able to get them from him.
I tried to order them today from the local skate shop but they said that the limited dunks I couldn’t special order and that Nike just sent them to the shops they wanted to have them. Really making finding these shoes difficult. So I gave in and bought them from ebay. I got them for just over 100 dollars. The skate shop guys said the regular ones retail for 100 bucks so I’m thinking it was a good deal. Hopefully I get them.

Here I thought I was the biggest fan. I have to say, those shoes are god-awful ugly, and they don’t seem to have men’s size 5 1/2 (Women’s 7), but I did consider buying a pair for a split second.. I am glad the feeling passed! Let me know when you get them. They would look good while watching a TBS afternoon movie-maybe "Back to the Future" or the "Breakfast Club."

Thanks for the info. I actually ordered them from an ebay seller named laceemupkickz. He charged me 79.99, plus 19.99 for shipping and handling, so we paid about the same. I wonder if we’ll get the authentic shoes, or some counterfeit ones. I’d never imagine the day I pondered that(counterfiet Dino jr appearal), but seeing the price some of those sb dunks go for is insane. I saw pairs going for over a grand!
This may make me seem old, but the Dino shoes remind me of a pair of Nikes I had in 5th grade(1986). Silver and satin Nike high tops with red trim. I loved those shoes.
Now Im 31, dropping 100.00 on a pair of ugly silver Nikes I can never see myself wearing. I cant wear them with a Dino shirt, because then I’d really be overdoing it.
I know what you mean I’m 33 and feel the same way. I’ll probably wear them to a show or something, just to show how hardcore I am. LOL!
I’m sorry to break your bubble tonas (that is, if you didn’t know in the first place), but the shoes you ordered are fakes: the seller says they are ”grade a replicas”.
If you’re ok with buying fakes then that’s not a problem, but if you’re not, that’s a bummer.
tell me when someone has reported the seller, or how the story ends. For a moment I nearly jumped on the Dino shoe train, now knowing they are so limited I still get these euforic thoughts about me wearing those funny shoes. I am very ambivalent about the shoes and feel if I buy them I do it with a sense of humor and irony. most of you do I guess. Anyway it’s too much for me to spend I guess even if it gives me great fun.

I would think you can get paypal to get your money back because if they are fakes, they should be illegal.

Good news and bad. I’d already paid for some Dino shoes through paypal last night, but I questioned the guy about the shoes after the posts from earlier today. The seller admitted they were fakes, and refunded my money! He could’ve easily screwed me out of the $100, but was very cool about it. I had done the transaction as a "goods" transaction, so I dont think I wouldve had any ebay/paypal protection.
Be careful getting your Dinosaur shoes!
Its too bad Dino management couldnt take an order for us Freaksceners, to make sure all who want them could get them.

Hopefully he refunds your cash. If he tells you no, threaten to report him to ebay and paypal for selling illegal stuff.

I haven’t heard from the guy. I reported the listing to ebay last night and this morning they pulled the listing. They told me I wasn’t responsible for paying for the item. I just emailed paypal to find out about getting my money back. Hopefully I do. If anything at least I got some fake Dinosaur Jr shoes off the web. I really hope this works out, because it sucks.
