Dinosaur Jr. WATER Copyright issues?

Hi all,

i just realized and made the (tenuous?) connection of a instance that Dinosaur Jr.’s song "WATER" on their album GREEN MIND was stolen by a japanese band. the japanese band in question is L’Arc~en~ciel, and their song name is "LOVE FLIES" on their album "REAL"

notice the chorus part of LOVE FLIES rampantly steals the song WATER from dinosaur jr. the guitar solo also follows closely from "WATER" as well

what do you guys think after listening to this back to back?

It sounds pretty similar.Lots of songs are recycled and most times no lawsuits are filed
