dinosaur live at norwegian tv show tonigt

It says so in the newspaper. I’m sure it’s just a J Mascis solo performance since Lou is with sebadoh at the time. It’s a talkshow about music, literature etc which always has a live performance at the end. will watch it and hope someone tapes it.

The Boombox Dilemma

Q: Hi! This is Kjell again. Sorry to waste your time. I’ve got a little hypothetical dilemma for you here:

You are stranded on a timber raft in the pacific ocean (very lonely!), stuck with only a boombox (no radio) and two mixtapes. The first tape is named "Best of Sebadoh", and the second one is "Pavement – The classic years".

Because of serious weight / sinking issues, you have to throw one of the tapes into the ocean.

yeah, lou posted it in january.

one possibility is that maaaaybe deep wound played it? i know they were all song-writers in that band. ("video prick" is really hilarious dinosaur jr foreshadowing, i think– or at least the guitar track J played on it.)

i think lou found that tape while going through his old stuff at home while they were finishing the dinosaur record, so it’s certainly possible that he played it for J then and that’s why it’s fresh in his mind. it would be super, super awesome if it’s just something he’s remembered since they were kids though.

Don’t think it’s your preferences – the sound on that clip won’t play for me either while other clips have working sound.
Trust that someone in Norway will make some calls to have this fixed and the people responsible at NRK fired?
