        I’ve been away for too long. look, what they’ve done to my thread meanwhile :wink: :P

        but hey, I just bought my Dinosaur Jr ticket (still can’t believe it :shock: ) and yesterday, my reissues arrived safely, so I simply can’t stay away any longer :D [actually, my computer was down, and I’ve been so busy that I simply didn’t care about repairing it. but it’s fixed now, and I’m glad to be back :)]

                ah, yeah, that mod night… I was wearing a skirt, turtleneck pullover and boots, all in black (no surprise) to sorta represent the existentialism fraction of that era, and it fitted quite well in there. I was promising myself to become more perfect in making that kind of dramatic black eye make up for the next time :P

                The music they played was a perfect mix of extremely obscure Northern soul songs, which was ok one night long, although it’s not exactly my kind of music.

                the next mod club night is on May 15th, and it’s in that same venue right after the show of a certain Lou Barlow, and I will be so there!!!! :D

                      whoa, hahah I didn’t know flying cloud was female. hhehehe. I used to talk to her on soulseek some reason I was under the impression that she was a guy. the picture makes more sense now.

                          oh man, just when I thought my computer was fine again, it broke down with a new syndrome :shock: :( Have it fixed now, hope it lasts for a while.
                          My calculation is: I saved 1000 Euros, because I didn’t have to buy a new computer and spent only 300 Euros on repairs, so I have 700 left for Dino in London … and more Dino gigs… hm, and other holiday plans, like …NYC and/or Canada in summer …oh well! somehow there’s always more on the wishlist, than there’s fresh money in… but one is for sure, that the computer has to be nice now! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

                          yeah, I like the FC name but it’s gender neutral, so it’s that many people tend to think I’m a guy. but hey, that’s the pic for: to clear that up :)🙂

                                …my sister lives in Brooklyn and now they’ve got a house on their own, so it’s easy for them to have guests, and she invited me very insistently. Also my dad wants me to come with him to his buffalo farm in Saskatchewan, Canada, and although both places are not really close, I’d combine it when I cross the pond. the plans are still very vague, no date, not even sure about the month, but I’ll know more, when summer comes closer :)
