I think I am a little out of touch technology wise….but does anyone have any footage on DVD? I have just about every Dinosaur Jr appearance on VHS, but only the middle east on DVD. If anyone has away any of the youtube footage on a DVD could they let me know?

But how would I get those on a DVD that I can actually watch on a dvd player & tv? I thought those clips on free so free were only in a compter format….again, technologically challenged! I am trying to find compilation DVD’s of all of that stuff together.

I’m the same way…YOUTUBE is great, but i prefer having all my shows on DVD. I’ve spent the last 8months going through tons of boxes of videotapes and converting all my shows onto DVD…

I’ve been filming & collecting shows for 18+ years and have a ton of DINOSAUR JR / MASCIS stuff on my list, as well as hundreds of other bands (fIREHOSE / MINUTEMEN / SONIC YOUTH / MEAT PUPPETS / etc, etc…)

I’d love to trade with other tapers & collectors out there…i’ve got some DINO JR / MASCIS shows that are my master copies & haven’t been circulated at all, so i’m sure there is something in here that would interest most collectors…

What are the best cds to use with a sony dvd/video recorder? I have bought maxell dvd-rw and -r and both dont work. In the book it says that i can use 1x or 2x -r and that is what i bought but it is still not working. When i first bought the dvd recorder it worked just fine with the -rw of any kind now it wont record on any disk. I want to be able to re-record but i am wondering if there is something wrong with my dvd player its only a few months old.
